Shipping policy

FREE DELIVERY for orders over $50!

$15 delivery fee for single orders between $1 and $49.99.

 

We have LIMITED DELIVERY AREAS on any single order.

Delivery is limited to the following areas:

• In Travis County, Texas, we deliver to the City of Austin (northern boundary - Round Rock, southern boundary – Manchaca, western boundary - Barton Creek, eastern boundary - Highway 183)
• In Hays County, Texas, we deliver to Dripping Springs and Buda.

We deliver our empanadas every Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Because they are frozen, we will call or text you beforehand to coordinate the delivery time. Please check that the order is complete when you receive it from the driver; there will be no returns if you do not check.

Deliveries made from Friday to Tuesday will arrive on the following Thursday, orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday will be delivered on the following week's Thursday.

If you miss the coordinated delivery appointment date/time, you may pick-up the missed delivery order at our kitchen located in South Austin (213 Dunlap St. Austin, Tx 78704).

 

NEED YOUR EMPANADAS BEFORE THURSDAY?

You may pick-up your order Monday through Thursday at our kitchen from 8 a.m. to noon. Kitchen is located in South Austin (213 Dunlap St. Austin, Tx 78704).
